Plumbing

Everything from a dripping hose bib to replacing every foot of supply in the house. Diagnostic $59, waived when you book the repair that day.

Leak detection & repair

Finding it is most of the job. We locate before we cut, so you get one hole instead of five.

Scope of work

  • Acoustic and thermal location on slab and in-wall leaks
  • Pressure test to isolate supply vs. drain vs. irrigation
  • Repair in copper, PEX-A or CPVC to match the existing system
  • Drywall cut kept to the smallest access that lets us solder safely

Whole-home repipe

Galvanized and polybutylene both fail — one closes up, one splits. Replacing the whole system ends the cycle of chasing leaks one at a time.

  • Full supply replacement in PEX-A (manifold) or Type-L copper
  • New quarter-turn stops at every fixture
  • Pressure regulator and expansion tank brought to current code
  • All access holes patched, textured and primed

Water heaters

  • Tankless sizing, gas line upsizing and venting where required
  • Heat-pump units — the cheapest hot water in Oregon if you have the space
  • New T&P discharge, seismic strapping, drip pan, permit filed

  • Tank is over ten years old — replace on your terms, not at 2 a.m.

Panels & service upgrades

A 100-amp panel from 1972 was sized for a house with one television in it. Upgrading is what makes everything else possible.

Scope of work

  • 100A → 200A service upgrade, coordinated with the utility
  • Zinsco, Federal Pacific and split-bus panel replacement
  • Meter base, mast and grounding electrode system brought to code
  • Every circuit traced and the directory typed, not scrawled

EV charger installation

  • Permit pulled, inspection attended, rebate paperwork filled out with you

Troubleshooting & repair

  • Backstab and loose-neutral repairs — the usual culprit behind flicker

Call the main line — it rolls to an on-call tech nights and weekends. Before anyone drives anywhere, we'll walk you through shutting the water or the circuit down over the phone. That part is free and it usually saves more than the visit costs.

    Cold inlet valve on top, then kill gas or breaker

  • Whole-house power

    Main breaker at the top of the panel, down

  • Smell of burning

    Kill the main, leave it off, then call — don't reset it
